Keto every day! Last night, wifey made me a lunch for today. 6-7 ounces cut up chicken thighs, romaine lettuce, and a vinaigrette dressing. I also have some cheddar and unsalted peanuts with me. And ingredients for COFFEE! This is a typical workday for me, food-wise. Sometimes I’ll make my own lunch but the basic setup is the same. Any good meat will do - preferably somewhat fatty.
