Working on figuring out the reports in FS for protein,for example. If I am below my protein goal should I tweak to add more? Haven’t weighed yet but clothes are fitting better. Trying to stay at 50g of carb and around 1200 calories . Watching fats. Always appreciate the posts by others snd getting ideas from the community!
