I am basically doing all of this for my daughter. She is 3 and she deserves a healthier and happier mommy! There have been times that I want to take her to the park and I just felt too bad. I know that this is going to change my life and hers. Since the 2 days I have been on the diet, we have played more outside. It is one of my major goals - it my main goal - to be the best mommy to her that I can possibly be.
85.9 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yay! You are going to do it! Having a child to motivate you makes a big difference. And with a healthier mom, she will be a healthier child and adult. Now that is worth fighting for. You can do it!!!
