feel I did very well over the weekend,stuck to the diet, and when the kids stressed me out,I didn't go for the food. I also didn't eat pizza from pizza hut on friday,instead had a lean crusine pizza and it was yummy so didn't feel deprived. I didn't work out saterday too busy but prety active and sunday did my 58min of kenpo before anyone else woke up and then pretty active all sunday.
on week 8 of p90x which is a recovery week so today was yoga x. did 43 min of the beginning skipped alittle and went to the posture poses and did maybe another 20 min. it's 1.5hour tape so never have enough time for the whole thing.
goal for April- would like to get to 145 and or have my 10's be loose.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
