Fraid the season has caught up with me :-(. A horrible 8lbs gained!
Exercise regime went to pot and my eating I just let go!
I weighed myself last Sunday and it was even worse (192lbs) so the trend hopefully is back downwards.
Back on a strict very low carbs (absolutely no chocolate, my big downfall) and lots of exercise again.
See how it goes but not down hearted. I think being 190lbs is much better than being 238lbs as I was!
Always look on the bright side of life !
