Sad to say, I don't know why I have gained weight. I walk 2-2 1/2 miles a day, sometimes I include weight lifting and I eat between 1100-1400 calories a day. They say this is science and math, but the numbers just don't add up. So, I have finally broken down and decided to buy Sensa. I am giving it a week to see if it works at all. I'm going to keep up my normal activities and food intake, but I will be better about documenting here. On Friday, I weighed 163.5, and now, Monday, I weight 162.5. I hope this means the Sensa is starting to work. We'll see by the end of the week. I'll weigh in then and we'll see. Until the weekend.
