Scale has been all over the place lately. BUT I did start running again yesterday, hit my water intake target, and made better meal choices to stay within my calorie allowance. Fingers crossed!
84.2 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
