First week down, 3.2 lbs lost, a am victorious!! Haha Yay!! The first week is always the hardest. I struggled for sure but I appreciate my body today and I am going to be kinder to myself. My goal was 5 lbs but I’m very proud of myself for my 3.2 lbs! That’s 3.2 pounds closer to my goal! Only 116.8 lbs to go!!!
