I almost didn't report in after my weigh in today.Up 2 lousy lbs.I have to finish what I started with this challenge.I refuse to be a Quitter.Most of you blame a gain on TOM.That is not my problem,mine is I believe, the amount of almonds I ate yesterday to avoid a lot of unfriendly non atkins food and beer.I munched on about 1/2 cup unsalted,roasted almonds and stuck to my water.
Today it's a cup of senna tea (really need a BM) and then water,water,water and more water.
Back on induction for the week or until I see a loss.
Sorry to see this challenge end.It's been fun.

proud of you for recording - I know its hard! :-) Sounds like you tried to do your best under the circumstances. And you have a good plan for today, so . . . Good luck! And hey the MIMs are great for the BM!

I didn't want to record my weigh in either - but I did it. Proud of you for being honest! I think you have a great plan to get yourself back on track - Hang in there!!!
