I didn't do well over the weekend and I was making excuses for myself and when my husband pointed it out that I always try to make "justifications" for my poor choices I realized that I wasn't being honest with myself. That showed today on the scale since I only lost .8 lbs even though I worked my ass off last week and was pretty good during the week about sticking to my calories. So I am going to reduce my daily calorie intake,not by much because this is still an adjustment but I am going to down size from 1500 a day to 1300 a day, starting today.
On the upside I lived through day 1 of HELL WEEK but just barely. I puked at the end of the 3rd set but I feel better now and I know I will be sore tonight which I am actually happy about because I know it was worth it. I know this week will be hard but the end result will be good. : )
79.0 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
