A year in and slightly disappointed to have been stuck around this weight for a couple of months…but then thought to myself - you were 30+ kg heavier this time last year!! 😱
Planning to enjoy the festive season and if I put on 3kg then I’ll live with it as I now know I can “do it” especially with boosts of supporters on FS!
Have a great festive break and enjoy….whatever your food choices maybe over this time of “temptation” 😄
