Eating and drinking has been out of control! I am back on diet again, and is going to try and make good choises at every meel. No more night eating and one hour cardio first thing in the morning.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
