Finally started getting serious about losing weight again 3 weeks ago on 4/18. Started seeing a diet doctor and going back to the gym. My weight 3 weeks ago was 340, I am now down to 324, not a bad start but still a long way to go.
Nothing to it but to do it!!!
147.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 72.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Not a bad start? Give yourself more credit than that, you lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks, that's a major accomplishment! Congrats!
