Keto every day - no carbs for me!
Yesterday we had lunch in an IKEA cafeteria. From this morning’s result, I am deducing their meatballs and gravy are truly low carb. I had a double portion of gravy and spooned it all up.. Of course I did NOT have the potatoes or their lingonberry sauce - both of which are carb-loaded. I also had their Greek salad and the golden vinaigrette type dressing that comes with it.
