I haven't weighed in on here in a while. I've been keeping track with an app that I use on my phone. I shot up after Thanksgiving, but came right back down after getting back to walking more. I'm going to try to slowly add calories and get back to a slight surplus. After listening to Layne Norton on how to "bulk" properly, I'm finally going to give it a try. In the past I just ate my face off and trained hard. Now that I'm older, it seems to be a bit more difficult to do it that way.
