today i hit my goal... 8 week to do it ... m
70.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I look a lot heather but still need body fat to go down.. i was 37,9% now am 20.1 i would like to be at around 15%
