I finally did! After weeks of bouncing like a super ball I have hit the goal weight my doctor set for me in December of 2020. I hit 170 lbs., well 169.4, but technicalities lol. This has been quite a journey for me and I am glad I found this site and the people who have been supportive of a complete stranger. Thank you so very much.
And now! To eat to maintain weight! I have waited all year for this moment! It means like an extra 500 calories YAAAAAAAAAAYY! 2500 calories a day here I come!
I will still be here of course, counting calories has become a way of life for me that I intend to keep, never again will I get so close to have diabetes. Thanks everyone, especially Grammalaura who really has been so kind to me.
