This week was a bust in workouts. :(. I'm going to the park to jog in a little while. Something better than nothing. I'm performing a praise dance routine tonight with our Dance Troupe "Simply Praise", don't want to be panting like Im out of shape. LOL! Thank God I ate perfect this week! Went to farmer's market this morning and got some fresh yellow tomatoes. I sliced one and grilled with a little EVOO and seasonings. Yummy snack! Maybe I can try making spaghetti sauce with them. They are low acid too. Also bought some homemade sugar free strawberry/pineapple jam. That was good too. Scored some organic vanilla honey. Talk about a treat. Well at least I lost weight this week, if I would have worked out it would have been more. Oh, my waist and hip measurements are almost to my goal. I lost 7 inches on my HIPS! and 8 inches on my WAIST! Hallelujah! I want to lose 2 more inches on the hips and 4 more inces on the waist. Be Blessed!
