I hate that I need help in losing weight, but I finally gave in and signed up for Weight Watchers. I started it 2 weeks ago and learned about their "point system". I love it. I signed up to lose 20lbs. Completely dressed, I weighed in at 179. Completely dressed now, I weight 174. In the birthday suite, I weight 172.2. The goal is to lose about 2lbs a week and work out at least 4 days a week. So far, the past two weeks has been working towards those goals successfully. I have small goals: Lose 5%, then 10%, then 50%, then the full 100%. So far, I'm almost there. I'll check in once a week and see how I"m doing with fatsecret too. I"m hoping to eventually transition into only fatsecret once I hit my goal weight. I wish all of you good health and a successful weight loss, but most importantly, a strong maintenance phase.
