I've been working hard to lose weight. I made a new diet regiment, amped up my workout routine and am satisfied to see that what I did made an impact. I'm hoping to see even more progress here soon. I want to keep knocking points off my body fat percentage while I begin to put on some sizeable muscle.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
