my weight is going up and down daily now. I am not keeping my food diary 100%. I am also going to the gym again now that my shoulder is healed. I need to get back on track with the food journal.
124.6 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 33.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
