I did not stick to my diet over Thanksgiving week. I did eat sensibly but I'm back to the diet today. I am not sure how I managed not to gain weight.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
