Wow, where did that 4 pounds come from???the yoyo is back, but the trend is downward and I feel great...I still want to get to 225 by the time of the summer term...waiting for the weather to warm up enoungh to get to walk Duck Creek Golf course, swinging the clubs along with the current workout...hopefully, that will move me off the yoyo
