I decided to switch diets from The Dukan Diet to the "Slender Center, Inc" diet I've had much success with in the past. The company has gone out of business, I believe, as I can't find them on the internet. My new diet will allow fruits and vegetables every day. I just couldn't get the calories in with the Dukan diet.
78.0 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
