My main concern when it comes to diet is to avoid all junk food and just obviously bad food. Since I have been pretty sedentary for about 4 months, my body will respond to any activity and good diet. I'll get into the details when I hit a plateau.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
