Attended afterwork WALAtini last night with friends. Ordered diet coke, but received diet pepsi. Only sipped about 2 ounces. I'm disappointed that I haven't lost more weight, but I'll hang in there on the attack for one more day. I know I should be eating more, and will try to make up for it today. I went grocery shopping yesterday and bought fish, lunch meat and chicken filets. I'll try to eat the Greek Yogurt today.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
