Not the loss that I had hoped, but a loss is a loss. Not particularly bright to eat pizza the night before a weigh in.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ammmm, no it's not too good of an idea too many Carbs or at least for me I've found out that the Carbs make me gain weight! But you know you said it a loss is a loss. I think you are doing great and keep up the good work. Nice pic by the way, I love to see different pics of people so you get to know them a little better a pic does say a thousand words. Keep up Awake, your chart looks good. Mine is steady and now we are in the middle of Baseball All Stars getting harder to get a good workout in....

It's getting harder to lose, now. I want to get to 175...but I really don't want to have to workout so darn much to maintain that. I know I would have to. I don't miss being heavy..but sometimes it was nice not to be SO concerned with getting all my exercise in and religiously watching what I eat. Thanks for the compliment on the pic, btw. That was the beach last month. Oh...and I didn't think you saw my post on Saturday, but the Mich Ultra Raspberry/Pommegranite is delicious.

congrats on the loss!! and ur right! a loss is a loss! and i totally understand how annoying it is to religiously watch what u eat and exericise. it's definitely a pain, but apparently it's worth it in the end! lol!
