Ran yesterday excellent run .... no pain walked 1.2 miles ran 1 mile (10min mile) BF-34 Hydration-47.5 i am going to try a different longer running route.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
