I only lost one pound this week. That is a little upsetting. I added in an apple a day and I didn't walk like usual because I had company from Thurs. til Sunday. But atleast I lost one pound. Still a little frustrated. Hope for better results next week.
93.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

A 1 lb loss per week when you start adding back fruits or whole grains is normal. In phase II you should only lose 1-2 lbs per week, so you're right on track.
