I have not weighted in for so long. I am so happy that I have lost weight!!! So far,so good. My best friend advised me that I should not weight everyday because I will worry about it. I just take time to weight myself and try to have meal properly. Eat lots of veggies!

Keep fighting for the new shape and the future!!
68.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
