Keto every day! Wife and I went on a road trip yesterday, got home after our usual I.F. eating window. Didn’t eat till about 5 pm. Wife made a nice e cheesy omelet, and we had some leftover veggies with butter, and salad.
I had some cheese during the day, and two coffees with half and half. About enough calories to power me for an hour. So my weight is down more than a pound this morning.
