I was expecting this. Yesterday I lost vision of what my end goal is, I strayed off the path, etc.

Today will not be like that, because ultimately I want to be thin. I'll probably forgotten what I ate today within the next few days. However, I won't forget what it feels like to be thin everyday for the rest of my life in the near future.

71.5 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
