I did pretty good yesterday, aside from stubbornly eating my pizza :). (It was delicious!) Weight is up again, but that's because I ate late after a late workout. Another day or two like yesterday, the fluid will come off and the weight will be back down in the 183 range.
84.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
