Sunday night I tried something new. I logged in all of the food I planned on eating the next day into my diary. This ensured that it included at least 35% of my calories from protein and it made me know exactly what I had to look forward to eating. It also forces you to eat when you’re not particularly hungry because you already had established …that you’re gonna have a snack. I’m gonna keep doing this to control my appetite to get my weight in a better place and most importantly to keep my protein up and my sugar down.
