Nothing like some more weekend weight loss before I start the extreme fat smash on today. I'm excited. I spend over an hour last night preparing for the cycle 1 meals. It was well worth it. Gotta get to work. I will not stress out this week in Jesus Name! Stress add pounds and I'm not having it! LOL! Be Blessed
