Last night attended a dinner for US and Canadian Veterans & menu was fried chicken, potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, relish tray & cake. Did best I could. Today is another day to start over.
54.2 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
