I can’t tell you how many people from various arenas of my life have told me it’s time to stop losing. I’ll be 100% honest, I am terrified of going into maintenance mode and giving myself a little freedom. I know how I work and once I get a taste of something sweet or greasy, it’s over. I’m the once I start, I can’t stop kind of person. Once I have something I shouldn’t, I immediately crave things like that. I’ve been “off” sugar, fast food and snacks for 10 months now and I don’t want to go backwards or deal with cravings. I know it sounds crazy because I know I don’t have to eat those things, but when I’m not being incredibly strict, I’m way to lenient with myself. I need to find a happy medium.
