It's a cheat day! So to speak. While there is no such thing as bad food, I allowed myself to indulge today. Pizza, ice cream the whole 9 yards. Almost 3000 calories and everyone of them tasted SOOOOOO good! So back to normal consumption tomorrow, just remember we aren't dieting, it's about attitude change towards food and lifestyle change, thats what Intervent has taught me.
