So, didn't do so well on the exercise challenges. I did SOME exercise, which is more than I normally do, and stuck to the low calorie diet. This week, I've gotta eat more fruits and vegetables, but I made do with what we had in the house. I am down 4lbs since 3/13, so I can't complain!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
