Coool, i lost 1.5pounds and thats weighing myself after 4 meals...well 3 if i dont count my preworkout shake as a meal. I measured my starting weight after 3-4 meals also so its consistent. I dont think i lost any muscle mass and no loss to my strength. Finals are coming up soon...i may have to break from dieting and working out....booo school booo.
