Still on small break from diet and still losing weight. I think this break broke my little plateau. Hallelujah! I did well at the bridal shower yesterday. I still stayed below my calorie intake for the day. I had a light breakfast, 2 slices of turkey bacon, low cal juice and an egg. For a snack I had 100 cal almond pack, for lunch I had yogurt with fresh fruit and 1/3 cup granola. Then at the shower I had 3 smoked chicken wings, 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, baked tortilla chips and salsa and fruit and a small piece of red velvetcake. I just drank water after that. Let me tell you, that cake just isn't the same anymore since I've gone healthy. It didn't comfort me like it did before. So I resisted seconds! Also I stayed active during the shower by standing, cleaning up and walking back and forth. I got on the web cam this morning with my family in Louisiana and they were shocked at the progress I made. :) Last time they saw me I was 200 pounds and now I'm at 165! At least my niece still recognizes me. She calls me Bubbles. We played peekaboo over the webcam. My sissy was like looks like you can beat someone up with those musclar arms and I told her I wrestled my hubby down and he couldn't get out of my kung fu grip. Hi yah! LOL! Be Blessed
74.8 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lol! Morning sis! Look @ u.. Ur poor hubby gettin beat up.. Jes Kidding.. I'm pround of u.. u def resisted more yesterday then I did! But ur still doin great! Only 15 more pounds 2 go!

Great job with your food choices & weight loss! BTW...I'm sure your hubby loved every second of it! ;-) Keep your guard up! I wouldn't be surprised if he comes back for more! lol
