the weight isn't coming off as fast as before and that makes me sad, but i feel much more energy and self confidence since eating better and starting at the gym. only good things from now on.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Its the gyms fault its slowed keep doing what your doing and imagine how great your body will look in the end
