Jogged in my second 5K today. This one was even more fun than the first one-- I made my goal of running it in 43 minutes. I hope to get nothing but better. Have signed up to run a half marathon. Running is addictive.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
