Went to the gym last night. Did cardio on the elliptical for 1.5 hours at pace of 5 to 7...got to watch Mama Mia again. Love that movie! Treadmill at incline of 2.5 and pace of 3 for one hour then slow walk for about 45 minutes. Watched The Biggest Loser while walking on treadmill. Gotta love Cardio Cinema :) I burned about 1500 calories last night.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
