Back in my usual range now. Fri Nov 5 I had an OMAD meal midday. Then we went out around 9 pm and I had a whole additional meal, in a restaurant. Each meal was almost a full day’s worth of calories, and (supposedly) duly Keto. Sat Nov 6 we had one meal, also at a restaurant. A large omelet with cheese, sausage and more. No carbs that I’m aware of. Sunday all food was home cooked. That went well!
