Back in my usual range now.
Fri Nov 5 I had an OMAD meal midday.
Then we went out around 9 pm and I had a whole additional meal, in a restaurant. Each meal was almost a full day’s worth of calories, and (supposedly) duly Keto.
Sat Nov 6 we had one meal, also at a restaurant. A large omelet with cheese, sausage and more. No carbs that I’m aware of.
Sunday all food was home cooked. That went well!
64.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
