I am doing my best to drink more water, and NOT EAT AT NIGHT!! Its hard but being on this challenge is really helping me. My stomach is growling at times, but oh well. I'll get over it!!
63.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
