I'm stuck! I know it is normal to lose weight at this rate but I was losing at least a pound every two to three days. I've stayed the exact same weight for three days now. Not a big deal but I need to really focus on sticking with my plan and exercising more. Ugh, my scale is stuck because my lazy butt has been stuck to this couch. Gotta get motivated again. I just lost some steam but I will rise again! lol
