I have stopped entering my daily food intake for the time being as I am doing so much training for the spinathon I am doing on May 10th that I am losing weight and if I regiment my calorie intake then I will not have the energy I need to complete the trials. But going by my weekly weigh in I am not too far off track and as soon as I start to gain then the counting will start again. It feels a bit wrong to be able to eat an Indian takeaway on a Sunday evening and have a slice of fruit cake every day (my downfall)and feel quite virtuous about it. When I am not training I am keeping busy with other physical activities and thoroughly enjoying it all.
