doing a little better. trying to focus on HEALTHY eating, which in the long run leads to weight loss (for me anyway).

missed a couple days of my food journal, which is an important tool for my success.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
