mulai lagi journaling makanan yg benar terutama asupan gula & serat, protein masih okelah.. workout BOBL mulai lagi & tambahin bebannya,, akhirnya beli resistance band kettler merah aja dulu, lumayan beraattt... lumayan stuck mulai menyingkir...BB geser kiri dikit, lingkar badan mulai keliatan nyusut lagiiiii....
